Peer Support Groups

We appreciate that sometimes the best support is from those who have lived experience. Everyone has knowledge, understanding and experience that can support others.

Free Peer Support Groups for Adults in Our Community

Our Peer Support Groups are proudly supported by City Place Coffee and Tesco Express (Wanstead High Street) and funded by the National Lottery Community Fund. Thanks to this generous support, all sessions are free of charge for adults in our community.

These groups are open to adults aged 18+ and are solution-focused, using a gentle therapeutic framework to create a safe, supportive, and structured space for open conversation.

Participants are encouraged to share experiences, offer mutual support, and learn practical tools together.
