Digital Access: Monday - Friday 10am - 4.30pm (By Appointment) Our Assessment process supports you to discover the best Therapeutic approach for you. There are many kinds of counselling modalities, by discovering which is best suited to you, supports you to choose the Therapeutic Professional best able to connect with you. (Please note this is not therapy, this is a therapeutic assessment with a twist as educational and informative in relation to appropriate therapeutic requirements for a treatment plan) Assessment of Best Approach and Psychoeducation followed by a Summary Report, following the consultation. A Referral Recommendation will be made. Clients have no obligation to accept the Referral to a professional within Wanstead Mental Health Clinic. All clients will receive our guide on what to look for in the Mental Health Practitioner they choose.
